My Story

Before moving into real estate, I spent over a decade working in Human Resources and People Operations. Supporting people through important moments, navigating complex situations, and serving as a steady, trusted resource has always been work I’ve been drawn to. That background built the foundation for how I work today — with a strong emphasis on communication, organization, discretion, and trust.

My experience in HR developed a deep skill set in project management, multitasking, and managing timelines and deadlines — all essential in real estate transactions where many moving pieces must align. It also reinforced the importance of attention to detail, confidentiality, and clear expectations, especially during high-stress or emotionally charged situations. These skills allow me to bring clarity and structure to a process that can otherwise feel overwhelming.

My entry into real estate was shaped early on by working alongside a residential appraiser, where I gained a firsthand understanding of property valuation, market trends, and how homes are evaluated beyond surface-level features. That experience sharpened my ability to assess value, recognize potential red flags, and guide clients with a more informed, well-rounded perspective.

I’m also married to a licensed contractor, which offers an added layer of support for my clients when questions come up. Whether that’s talking through inspection items, getting a clearer sense of repair needs, exploring improvement possibilities, or thinking ahead about build potential and lot feasibility, having access to that perspective can be incredibly helpful. It allows clients to ask questions, feel more informed, and move forward with greater confidence — especially when considering longer-term plans.

I relocated to Oregon from Washington in 2018, and that personal move shaped how I approach my work in a lasting way. Since then, I’ve invested time and energy into learning the ins and outs of our state and the communities within it — not just the market, but the lifestyle, nuances, and what truly makes each area feel like home. That firsthand experience allows me to better support clients who are relocating, navigating change, or getting to know a new place from the ground up.

In addition to my local expertise, I’ve made it a priority to build strong relationships with trusted REALTORS® across the country, with a particular emphasis on the Pacific Northwest. When a move takes someone to or from Oregon, I remain a resource by helping connect them with a professional I trust — someone who will care for my clients with the same level of integrity, communication, and attention I would provide myself.

I’m also a mom, and that role deeply influences how I approach my work. It has shaped my commitment to a family-first mindset — one rooted in flexibility, empathy, and respect for the realities of busy lives. I understand that real estate decisions often affect far more than a transaction; they impact daily routines, a sense of stability, and the people we care about most.

I frequently work with rural and acreage properties, which often require an added level of due diligence. From wells and septic systems to zoning and land-use considerations, I help clients understand the technical details that matter so they can make informed decisions without surprises. Because I live this lifestyle firsthand, I also understand the everyday considerations that come with rural living — things like access and driveways, maintenance and upkeep, privacy, distance to town, and how a property functions in daily life. That perspective allows me to help clients look beyond the listing details and ensure a rural home truly fits their needs, routines, and long-term plans — not just on paper, but in real life.

My approach is steady, hands-on, and highly collaborative. I work closely with my clients from start to finish, helping them understand the process, evaluate options, and move forward with confidence. I also lean on a trusted network of professionals — including local lenders, title and escrow teams, inspectors, and other industry partners — who share my values and commitment to client care. Having the right team in place makes a meaningful difference, and I’m intentional about surrounding my clients with people they can trust.

I believe milestones deserve to be acknowledged and celebrated. I don’t just show up to signings with paperwork — I show up with intention. From first offers and accepted contracts to keys in hand, I make it a point to mark the moments along the way and ensure my clients feel supported, appreciated, and genuinely cared for. When clients purchase a home with me, they receive more than a set of keys — they experience a process that’s thoughtful from start to finish.

At the heart of my work is a commitment to people over transactions. I value thoughtful preparation, honest conversations, and being someone my clients can trust and rely on — not just during a move, but long after. I’m grateful for the opportunity to support individuals and families through meaningful transitions and would be honored to be a resource when the time feels right!
